Do I need to book my own accommodation?

This year we will be offering an Accommodation Add-on Option to all Extra Early Bird and Early Bird Registrations which takes the hassle out of having to book your own accommodation separately.

There will be 4 hotels in Rotorua to choose from (until each hotel reaches capacity - only available options will be visible)

If you don't book an Accommodation Add-On during your online registration process, then your Rotorua accommodation will need to be managed by delegates themselves. 

Do I need to book my own flights?

Yes. We strongly advise that you book your flights as soon as possible to minimise costs and maximise your time at the conference.

How do I qualify for an 'Extra Early Bird' or 'Early Bird' Registration?

To be eligible for an Early Bird registration, registrations must be received by the office by the early bird dates indicated.

The Extra Early Bird period is open from November 1st - December 10th. We will then move in to the Early Bird 'Round 2' period from December 11th - March 31st. 

Any registrations after this date will be considered a 'late' registration and an increased price will apply.

I'm not able to attend the full conference - are there single day registrations available or can I share my registration with my colleagues?

Yes there are single day registrations available - you can register for any day you want to attend, at the indicated single registration cost. There are member and non-member rates.

Please note that Single Day Registrations don't include social functions, such as the Welcome Function on Sunday evening or the Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening. (Except for Monday single day - we are inviting Monday single days to attend the Sunday evening Welcome Function)

No, you cannot share a full registration between colleagues. Each delegate needs to be registered separately and the named delegate MUST be the person in attendance. Please read the terms and conditions of your registration carefully.

Can I purchase extra tickets for the conference social programme?

Social Programme tickets are available for partners of conference registrants. Single tickets are also available. You are more than welcome to book an additional ticket to the Welcome Function on Sunday evening or the Gala Dinner & Excellence Awards on Tuesday evening.

I have registered for a full registration, but I can't attend some of the networking functions - do I get a discount on my registration?

No, some registration packages are fully inclusive of all social programmes (take note of the details of inclusions in each registration option) and priced accordingly, therefore the cost of a full registration cannot be amended.

Will the speaker presentations be available after the conference?

Yes - all delegates will be sent a link to a Dropbox or Google Drive file containing all the speaker presentations. If your company/organisation has access issues to Dropbox or Google Drive, we recommend you supply a personal email address for the link to be sent so that you can access the presentations from your home computer.
